Customer Success Manager APAC

For our growing team in Sydney we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager. In this role you will be the proud front line of the company, and responsible for success of our customers (the name really says it all)!

 

Why we need you: 

  • You’ll use your expert product knowledge to offer innovative strategies and solutions personalized to fit each client.
  • Your will be responsible for the retention and expansion of our customers in the region.
  • You will need to provide in-depth (online) onboarding and training sessions, supporting customers with implementation and launch of their Usabilla products and ensuring they continuously get value out of our solutions.
  • As you’ll manage your own portfolio of customers you need to be pro-active, know how to manage different stakeholders within an organization, and be highly organized.
  • Internally you’re the voice of our customers within the organization. It’s your responsibility that feature requests get relayed to our product team, and that we’re able to further develop our products based on our customers feedback.

Requirements

Your skills:

  • You’re fluent in English on a native level. This makes sure that communication with all of our clients is seamless.
  • A relevant Bachelor or Master degree
  • 3+ years account management experience with top quality customer interaction, preferably at a SaaS company 
  • A basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML / CSS / Google Analytics / etc.)
  • You love to build and maintain relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Upselling comes naturally to you
  • You’re a quick thinking and creative problem solver
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills
