Why we need you: 

  • We need an IT Specialist who can resolve any issues related to our infrastructure, both internally hosted and cloud-based. This includes things like e-mail, printers, wired and wireless networks, video conferencing, and VPN
  • You'll be provisioning new-hire accounts as well as preparing laptops and desks for use
  • Tracking and maintaining your office’s equipment inventory and keeping up the asset list 
  • You'll be researching new and innovative solutions to the technical challenges that arise 
  • Provide a “friendly face” point of contact and problem resolution for users 
  • Excellent soft skills and user empathy 
  • High level of customer focus 
  • Ownership of all incidents and requests, including interactions with other resolver groups. 
  • Troubleshooting any software, hardware, network, phone, print or telecommunication issues that may arise for in-office and all remote staff 
  • Handling onboarding related tasks, including equipment provisioning, account provisioning, and new hire education 
  • Assist in continuing technical education for users
  • Enforcement of IT policies (security, email, accounts, passwords, compliance, etc) 
  • Writing and updating IT documentation and media content 
  • Assist in long term IT projects as necessary 
  • Works with Security Consultant and other IT staff to enforce or create network policies that would ensure security and integrity if systems and/or lead to increased efficiency for users, applications, network management



  • Fluency in English 
  • Interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex tasks

  • Self starter focused on problem-solving and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to comfortably communicate with both highly technical and non-technical people
    with emphasis on training users

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field

  • 1-2+ years of experience as IT Support, Analyst, or Administrator

  • Working knowledge of a broad range of hardware such as servers, laptops, printers, IP
    phone systems, A/V, and mobile devices

  • Experience working with corporate email systems (Office 365 and G Suite) as well as a
    variety of popular software packages.

  • Proficient in both OSX & Windows administration including installation, configuration,
    and security

  • Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented work ethic

  • Experience in or solid understanding of Video Conferencing (preferably LifeSize and Zoom)

  • Certifications a plus (ex. Microsoft, Cisco, Comp TIA, VMware, Citrix)

  • Familiarity with fundamental networking/distributed computing environment concepts;

  • Ability to configure DHCP, DNS, Windows host networking and local and network-based
    user and group accounts and permissions; understands routing concepts

  • Must be willing to be part of an on-call rotation
