Usabilla’s Office team is seeking out a full-time IT Support employee; if you enjoy leveraging technology and engaging in creative problem solving while working with diverse and intelligent people, this position is a great opportunity for you!


Why we need you: 

  • As an Usabilla IT Support, you'll be helping our internal users around the globe with how to best interact and utilize technology, providing support as needed via face to face interaction, chat, email, and telephone

  • You'll be provisioning new-hire accounts as well as preparing laptops and desks for use

  • We need an IT Support employee who can resolve any issues related to our infrastructure, both internally hosted and cloud-based. This includes things like e-mail, printers, wired and wireless networks, video conferencing, and VPN

  • Tracking and maintaining your office’s equipment inventory and keeping up the asset list

  • Providing guidance for live events and video conferences

  • Authoring and editing content our internal Wiki when needed

  • You'll be researching new and innovative solutions to the technical challenges that arise

  • We need an IT Support colleague who can maintain our technical facilities to the highest standard through cable management, workstation installations, rack-mounting, etc

  • Learning from and educating your fellow team members

  • Completing other technical projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus) 
  • Interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex tasks

  • Ability to work individually and within a team

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field

  • 2+ years of experience as IT Support, Analyst, or Administrator

  • Demonstrable knowledge of some or all of the following: Apple equipment, WiFi, OSX, Linux, Windows

  • Hands-on expertise with a VoIP phone system

  • Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented work ethic
