User Interface / Visual Designer

Job description

At Usabilla, we believe digital interactions should be effortless. That’s why we’ve developed a product suite that helps our clients to test, measure, and improve the user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Our Design team works tirelessly to ensure our solution stands out in the SaaS scene worldwide. But as we continue to experience phenomenal growth, it can be hard to keep up. That’s why we’re looking for a creative and visionary UI Designer to join the team and help drive the Usabilla products to impressive new heights.

Why We Need You:

  • As we work on completely reinventing our main product, you’ll be helping us to maintain and improve UI features across the whole Usabilla platform.

  • You’ll need to wrap your head around complex user needs, translating them into simple and easy to use interfaces. Your design skills are vital when it comes to simplifying technical solutions in order to guide our users through the ins and outs of our solutions.

  • We’re in need of a designer with a great eye for detail who can handle the responsibility of aligning, implementing, and improving the Usabilla product experience.

  • You’re able to bring creativity to every challenge you tackle, collaborating with UX Designers, Engineers, Product Managers and Customer Success teams where necessary.

  • You’ll help us create top of the line software that will make a significant impact on the product experience for industry leaders such as KLM, Philips, and Virgin.

  • We need someone who can translate projects into design assets and capture UI components into our design system.

Your Skills:

  • You’re fluent in English, both verbally and written.

  • Minimum of 2-years experience designing products/services for responsive web and mobile apps.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Invision, or similar.

  • You have strong visual design skills with a great eye for detail.

  • The ability to rapidly iterate design solutions in a collaborative environment.

  • You’re eager to learn and look beyond the borders of your own profession.

  • A basic understanding of the Agile way of working.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

  • Additional experience using animation and prototyping tools.
